Upon Receiving Your Orders
When you receive your order, check to be sure that every item listed as being shipped on the invoice is included in the package. Please verify that no shipping damage occurred, and review kits for possible missing or defective parts. If you find anything unsatisfactory, please call us within two weeks so necessary actions can be taken promptly.
Returns
We will accept no returned products without prior authorization. Any item(s) returned will be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.
Credit Card Orders
We accept VISA, Master, American Express, and Discovery cards (Minimum charge - $20.00).
C.O.D. Orders
For C.O.D. orders, cashier's check, money order, or certified check will be required upon delivery; neither personal checks nor business checks will be accepted as payment. We ask that you please be sure someone is available to accept delivery. If you miss delivery and the order is sent back, please let us know why. Otherwise, C.O.D. service may not be available on your future orders.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, please provide us with complete ordering information, including quantity, part number and description, as well as your name, address, and telephone number. To ensure that the other will be shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order or certified check. If you send a personal check or business check to cover your order there may be a delay in shipping while the check is held for clearance (10-30 days).
